Troy Denston

Troy Denston is a native Floridian, born and raised in DeLand, Florida. He attended Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona Beach before earning his degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. Troy began his professional career in healthcare as a physical therapy technician, where he developed a strong appreciation for helping people improve their quality of life.

During the COVID pandemic, Troy saw firsthand how financial uncertainty could impact individuals and families. This inspired him to pivot toward his longtime passion. He applied for an open position in client services at Holland Financial and studied for the Florida 2-15 and Series 65 licenses. Troy’s next accomplishment was passing several exams to earn the Chartered Financial Consultant® designation. Today, he works as a financial adviser, helping clients navigate their financial futures with the goal of clarity, confidence, and purpose.

In May of 2023, Troy proposed to his soon-to-be-wife during a Caribbean cruise, and the two are now happily married. An avid traveler, Troy and his wife especially enjoyed a 2025 trip to Europe, where they discovered authentic Italian cuisine and spent time exploring the great outdoors. Troy also likes to watch two of his favorite sports teams – the Florida State Seminoles and the New York Yankees. He loves to catch a baseball game or play a round of golf.
