(HTCPA) will correct and re-file tax returns at no charge to the client if an error is noted by the IRS, requiring an amended return. In addition, HTCPA will pay any penalties and/or interest assessed as a result of an error made by HTCPA on a client’s return. The client shall be responsible for any additional taxes assessed. HTCPA will not be responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
