“I get great satisfaction from managing a company that provides such quantifiable and tangible benefits to its clients!”
Steve Tacinelli was born in Bethesda, Maryland, but became a “Floridian” in 1978 when his father retired from the military. He attended Seabreeze High School and later, Florida State University. Steve holds degrees in Criminology and Accounting from FSU.
After working six years as a staff accountant and controller for two local businesses, Steve was hired by Holland Financial in 2008. His talents were quickly realized, and he was promoted to the positions of Controller and, later, Vice President of Tax Services.

The CVA® is a professional designation awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts® to individuals who have met the rigorous standards in the field of business valuation, financial consulting and litigation, and related consulting disciplines.
When Steve was approached with the idea for the firm Holland Tacinelli, CPAs, he realized David Holland was offering him the opportunity to use his education, skills and abilities to their fullest.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of CPAs®, Institute of Management Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts®.
When away from the office, Steve enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Darlynn, a local social media business owner, and their daughter, Lillian.
