Tony Hayes was born and raised in Daytona Beach and graduated from Spruce Creek High School. A business owner and entrepreneur throughout most of his life, in 2023, Tony decided to move back into the financial services industry so he could spend more quality time with his family. David Holland immediately recognized that Tony’s outgoing personality, natural talent for marketing, and passion for working with clients, would be a perfect fit for the position of Marketing Director at Holland Financial.

Tony is active in the community as a board member of the Ormond Beach YMCA and the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® Walk which is held in October. An avid athlete, he is at the gym nearly every day either running, biking, or swimming. A past CrossFit competitor, he enjoys HYROX races, HIIT workouts, and losing to his wife and kids at Pickleball.
