Tony Hayes was born and raised in Daytona Beach and graduated from Spruce Creek High School. A business owner and entrepreneur throughout most of his life, Tony has a unique insight into what employers want and their employees need. In 2023, he decided to move back into the financial services industry so he could spend more quality time with his family. Learning about people's businesses and finding ways to help employees with their long-term financial plans is his passion.

An avid athlete, Tony is active in the community as a board member of the Ormond Beach YMCA. He is at the gym nearly every day either running, biking, or swimming. A past CrossFit competitor, he enjoys HYROX races, HIIT workouts, and losing to his wife and kids at Pickleball.
