What You Do
- Prepare a variety of federal tax returns for both business and personal clients
- Tax season interviews, document intake, return preparation, and delivery
- Bookkeeping and accounting, including recording transactions, reconciling bank
statements, and preparing trial balances and simple financial statements
- Become proficient in UltraTax and related Thomson Reuters platform
- Be encouraged and supported in gaining your Enrolled Agent and/or CPA license
What You Need
- A great attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficiency with Word and Excel programs
- Minimum two years' experience performing tax and accounting functions
- Working knowledge with common tax software and Quickbooks
